How to compare hairstyles on your face
Use the same clear photo for every preview, then compare silhouette, length, fringe and volume. Keeping the input fixed makes the hairstyle difference easier to judge.

Keep the source photo fixed
Use the same crop, angle, expression and lighting for each hairstyle. A different selfie changes too many variables to support a fair comparison.

Compare the outer silhouette first
Look at the crown, width near the temples, line around the jaw and length at the neck. These large shapes usually matter more than small strand details.

Use pixie versus bob as a length test
A pixie exposes more of the ears, jaw and neckline. A bob keeps more weight around the face. Compare those structural differences before judging styling polish.

Discard previews with identity drift
Do not compare a result that changed facial geometry, expression, skin tone, pose or framing. Those changes can make one hairstyle look better for the wrong reason.
