IDENTITY IS A HARD GATE

The identity boundary a future result must pass.

The target photo supplies identity and scene, while changes must stay limited to hair. A checked result is still a preview, not a salon guarantee.

The identity and locality contract a HairWhatIf result must satisfy.

01

What stays stable

Facial geometry, expression, skin tone, pose, clothing and background belong to B. Hair shape and optionally color are the intended change.

02

What the checker measures

The release contract requires signals for identity similarity, edit locality, hairstyle structure and artifacts. Hard failures cannot be averaged away by a pretty image.

03

What happens on failure

A compliant quality miss may receive one directed repair. Serious drift after the final check must not be delivered; billing settlement remains tied to delivery.

04

What we do not claim

A passed run is not a guarantee that every facial pixel is unchanged, nor that a salon will reproduce the preview exactly.
